 "Little House: A New Beginning"

(July 1999)

By Aaron Pacentine, of VideosForFamily.com

1. How did you get the part of Jeb Carter?

Three or four tryouts, each of varying length. The first was like a cattle call (I think they actually used the term). The latter ones were a little bit more intense.

2. How many kids signed up to play the part of Jeb?

I am not sure as to any exact number. A great deal were there after the first call.

3. How old are you now?

30 Years Old.

4. What's your favorite episode of Little House?

Times Are Changing. But they're all good!

5. What do you like to do in your free time?

Travelling, hike, camp, kayak, movies, and sports.

6. Where do you live?

Formerly Atlanta (my birth place) Now, in North Carolina

7. Why didn't you want to be in any more "Little House Episodes" or other Movies or TV Series, after Little House ended it's run on NBC in 1983?

No one asked, family moved, and I moved on after Last Farewell. The network (NBC) never did like me. Studio hacks, that's what Victor French (Mr. Edwards) called them. He told me once not to let them get to me, they always treated him the same way.

8. Are you married, now?

No I am not.

9. What was one thing that meant the most to you that Michael Landon told you, that you won't forget?

Don't know if there is any one thing. The first thing that pops to mind when I look back is something I overheard him say to Melissa after The Last Farewell. ("This isn't the end. Just the beginning."

10. Off the set, did you and the girl who played Jenny Wilder, get along well?

Yes, A friend of mine ran into Shannen (Jenny Wilder) several years ago, and she denied knowing me. Oh well.

11. Are you a Christian?

Yes.

12. Do you have any pictures of you from Little House, still?

I'll have to look around for pictures. I have to admit I guess I   don't keep a lot of childhood photos around.
If nothing else, I'm sure my family has plenty. Speaking of family, my aunt was very instrumental in me getting the part of Jeb. She was with a lot of crew members.
