The Magic of Lassie Original Soundtrack (1978)

Lassie has been known as one of the most famous film dogs and movie/television history. In the past 40 plus years there has been many "Lassie" films produced, not to mention different verarious of the television series as well. There has been alot of Lassie memrebleia as well - - t-shirts, lunch boxes, "Lassie" figures, stuffed animials, and the lost goes on and on.

One rare but very popluar Lassie film was proudueced and released on August 2nd 1978. It was titled, "THE MAGIC OF LASSIE". It was an outstanding musical and featured many, unforgetable songs in the movie. Many preformed by well known and popluar artists Debbie Boone and her Father, Pat Boone. Mickey Rooney and James Stewart also star in this film and can be heard on the soundtrack. 

"The story begins on the Mitchell Winery in Northern California. Lassie lives with Clovis Mitchell and his grandchildren, Chris and Kelly, but is discovered one day by her former owner. Lassie is taken back to the previous owner's estate in Colorado Springs. Dissatisfied with her new home, the dog runs away and travels across several states to be with the Mitchell family again." The film is still out of print and so is the "rare" soundtrack. We are pleased to offer CD-R copies of the origonal soundtrack of "THE MAGIC OF LASSIE".  The soundtrack comes in a case and printed cover artwork.
